Cancellation & No-Show Policy:


We kindly ask that all guests provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows us time to offer your reserved slot to another client.

If less than 24 hours’ notice is given or if you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, 50% of the service booked will be charged to the card on file.

Please understand that our stylists reserve this time specifically for you, and last-minute changes impact their schedules significantly.
